Our People
Andy Lesnik, Co-Founder
As the story goes, Andy arrived in Myrtle Beach in 1970 with three friends and a dog named Ralph in a psychedelically painted VW Bus. In spite of his long beard and Yankee ways, in 1971, he somehow found himself co-founding Sheriar Press, a printing company that, little did he know, would still be going strong 40 years later.
Though long parted from his beard and the magic bus, Andy has a regional reputation as a strong marketing strategist. This has helped him move Sheriar into more digitally driven marketing arenas. Andy is a past Chairman of the Printing Industries of the Carolinas and has been an active leader in the printing industry for many decades. Away from work, he is an avid tennis player, will celebrate his 40th wedding anniversary this year and is the proud grandfather of Isaiah and Clara, whom Andy continues to insist are the world’s greatest grandchildren.
Trish Sports, General Manager
She may be a native of Scotland, but at heart Trish is a good ol’ Southern girl in her own right who loves hunting, fishing and shooting. Having traveled through India and Australia, living in New Zealand, and working in print in Florence, SC, she put down roots at Sheriar Press in 1988. Trish has served as a PICA board member (and as the Director at Large for South Carolina) and chairman of the Small Printer Conference.
Sam Kinon, Sales Representative
Affectionately referred to as our “Dillon, SC, blue blood” since his start with Sheriar in 1989, Sam’s blood now runs garnet and black. When he’s not spending time with his wife and two sons or cheering on his University of South Carolina Gamecocks, he’s managing Sheriar’s medical and manufacturing clients in Florence and Myrtle Beach (and despising all things Clemson).
Damon Crespino, Sales Representative
Though we haven’t been able to catch him yet, we suspect that most of Damon’s client meetings actually take place on the back nine. An avid golfer and veteran Pebble Beach player, it’s no surprise that he migrated south from New York to start his own advertising agency (and play golf…). He joined Sheriar Press in 1997 and specializes in art gallery, agency and publication clients in Charleston and Wilmington.
